Make payment, submit an application and supporting documents
- A copy of the payment order
- Act of acceptance-transfer of machinery and equipment
- Certificate of state registration of equipment (if the equipment is subject to mandatory state registration)

provides the Ministry of Agrarian Policy with information on the amount of funds subject to partial compensation
